Having worked with Nicky Archibald for in excess of a year, I can say without a doubt that Nicky is not only good at what she does, but also a pleasure to work alongside. I would have no hesitation to recommending Nicky, and have done so, and will continue to do so.

Nicky has worn a number of different hats whilst providing Consultancy services to ProSight, from Head of HR, to Coach, to L&D specialist and trainer, even regulatory advisor at times, and everything (which is a lot) in-between. I can say that Nicky possesses a seldom found and valuable approach to HR, in that, not only is she exceptionally commercial and Business minded, but she also provides much needed challenge to the Business, but always in a conducive and thoughtful manner.

Nichola is an HR professional who I have worked with on a number of occasions to parachute into a client’s business to deal with complex ER issues. Most recently, a client had been defrauded of several hundred thousand pounds through a bank fraud, and Nichola dealt with an appeal from an employee whose negligence had enabled the fraud to succeed. The client’s HR Director was very grateful that Nichola was able to quickly grasp the issues, meet all relevant people, and deliver an outcome within the timeframe agreed with the employee. I would not hesitate to put Nichola’s name forward for any employee relations or business transformation project.

I worked with Nicky for 6 months in 2018 on a Global IT People Transformation programme, of which Nicky was Programme Director.
Nicky has an incredible talent for engaging people, possessing excellent communications skills, with an extraordinary sense of strategy and timing. To top it all, she has a great sense of humour, is a woman of integrity and a thoroughly decent human being. I learned so much from my time with Nicky and would love to work with her again.
