I provide both ad-hoc and retained HR consultancy services, offering strategic advice to Chief People Officers (CPOs) and Boards on a wide range of HR matters. Whether you require short-term support or ongoing guidance, services include:

Interim CPO

When your organisation requires immediate HR leadership, I can step in as your Interim Chief People Officer to provide stability and strategic direction during transitional periods. With extensive experience in human resources, I ensure seamless continuity by:

  • Stabilising HR Functions: Quickly assessing and addressing immediate challenges to ensure smooth operations are in place for the function and organisation.

  • Leading Recruitment Efforts: Managing the search and selection process for a permanent CPO, ensuring a seamless transition.
